Who should I contact if I have questions or concerns?
Our goal is to maintain an incredible community and that's only possible when Homeowners take action.
Please email at ChandlerRunHOA@gmail.com any concerns you may have directly to the HOA Board for further review.
When are my HOA dues required and how should I pay?
At the start of every calendar year, Homeowners can expect to receive an account statement, via USPS mail, detailing the amount due and the payment due date. Typically, the HOA Board allows payment to be made without late fees until March 1st every year.

Who should I contact if I want to make changes to my home?
Per Section 3.14 within the current Chandler Run HOA Covenants, all plans for improvements must be submitted for review &
approval by the Architectural Review Committee. Only upon written approval may those improvements by made.
